We use these profiles on a regular basis on our own Ender 3 printers and have tweaked them over time until we found the ones that work the best, every time.
The only thing you will need to do is select the profile you want depending on the material you’re printing with, and choose whether or not supports need to be printed as well or not, but the rest has been taken care of by us so that you don’t have to go through all the trial and error we did.
These profiles have also been set up in such a way that bed adhesion shouldn’t be as much of an issue as it normally is, especially when printing with ABS and PETG, meaning that you will end up wasting a lot less material and time.
